Raku vase marked 'F' copper interior Empty Raku vase marked 'F' copper interior

Hi

I wonder if anyone might have an answer for this vase.  Lightly rough upper 2/3rds & blue glazed lower third.  Inside copper over turquoise glaze with turquoise glaze rim.  About 4.25 inches high.  Any help appreciated.
