Hi and thanks for taking the time to look at this item.
Grateful for all opinions on this odd piece.

Its very Art Deco i think around 1920s
Clear metal
Hand enameled with a cartoon character

Shape is like a cocktail shaker but i think is a vase.
Base is flat ground with a frosted type finish
no makers marks at all

Might be French. Has an Art Deco shape but might be more recent?
