Kenneth Townsend / Ronald Searle style Chance Glass dish

Hi

The design made me think Townsend but it's also a little Searle. Approx 21 by 14 cm with a raised rim, any ideas?

Scale for the piece in bottom left of main and raised edge. It's actually a mint error 20p if you are interested in obtaining it.....
