Sandblast? textured opaque turquoise glass jug. Scar on base. Empty Sandblast? textured opaque turquoise glass jug. Scar on base.

Approx. 19.5cm tall at it's highest point. Very rough sandy texture on the surface, especially in the joints of the handle and the spout. Turquoise shade glass. No identifying marks for me to follow up.
Anyone else recognise this style?
