Hi would like some guidance as to the origins of this vase.  It is 20" tall and very heavy, stunning vase.  I was thinking possibly french/north african?

It does seem to have Hispano-Moresque influences, so maybe Moroccan or Iranian. But could be wrong.

I would suggest this vase is Moroccan. I have had similar painted vases in the past and they have a long tradition of excellent pottery. I can't make out what it says on base other than the S part but if it says FES then it is Moroccan, same thing applies if it says Safi.
