I thought possibly Graham Fern's mark, but I don't think he does chawans or raku.
I don't know many continental marks, I'm afraid.

Recently came across Peter Fulop's raku teabowls which are similar, but aren't marked. But this might be an F which would fit. He's based in Ireland and is on Etsy as PeterFulopCeramics if you want to contact him.
