Theo Penders Empty Theo Penders

Is anyone familiar with the work of a Dutch Impressionist landscape painter Theo Penders? I recently acquired this lovely, colourful oil on canvas by him. Internet searches have revealed he lived from 1905-1972 and possibly lived/worked in Maastricht but that's all I can find.

It's a lovely painting, but not managed to find anything more than you I'm afraid.
