Not sure where this miniature figurine is from or what the signature is, can someone help?

I can't read the mark. If it's porcelain then a lot of similar ones have come out of Russia so that would be my best guess. If it's tin glazed earthenware then it might be from Holland but it looks porcelain to me.

I cant read the mark either, looks like foreign writing. It is porcelain blue and white, chipmunk I think. Thanks

I think that the letters look Russian but I can't find the factory mark so I suspect no more than 20 - 30 years old.
