Hi SI you don't say how big it is.
Unless it's an Eastern mark, our natural L-R brush strokes would suggest the inverse
image is more likely, if european. Not much help really though.

The second photo of the mark looks right for Deborah Hopson-Wolpe, according to Yates Owen.
