Info/Date silver english pot

Hello, can you help me to get information on this teapot (or coffee?). The marks are not very clear. Outside The brand of the producer appears to be a "W" in a circle followed by other circles. Other trademarks appear: Anchor, Lion and perhaps the letter "y". Under the cover there is still the lion and the letter "y".
I assume then Birmingham, 1923.
According to you is silver or silver plated?
Any idea on the manufacturer?thanks

Yes, this is silver. Going on the makers marks, I thnk it is W M Co for Wilmot Manufacturing Co of Camden Street, Birmingham.

The pot was assayed at Birmingham and yes, the date letter is for 1923.
