Help to ID Blue "Rough" Glass Glasses & Glass Mugs

Hi

I have some blue glasses & glasses with handles that I am struggling to identify.

The glass looks quite rough and on the outside it is quite lumpy & bumpy, the inside of the glass is quite smooth.  The glass looks like there are air bubbles in it but it kind of also looks like water droplets.

I have four tall glasses which look like a set but even in the set they are slightly different heights and some are slightly darker blue than others.

The pontils are quite rough and haven't been smoothed out.

I haven't a clue how old they are or what style of glass they might be any help would be much appreciated.

Looks like recycled glass. There's a lot coming out of Spain and Mexico.
