Pretty Handpainted Pressed Glass Lidded Cup
I am sure this type of vessel has a proper name and function more suitable than "Lidded Cup".
There are no makers or manufacturers marks but I would at the very least like an idea of the precise period, style, and country of origin, in return for eternal gratitude from a neophyte. Thanks!

Moser, Czech or one of the other Bohemian glass factories, is my first thought, but French is possible too.

Not sure it's just pressed, it looks (from the pix) to be nicely cut and finished also.
I would agree it might be Bohemian.
A nice thing, to have it's cover also.

might be a "badebecher"...

Re: Pretty Handpainted Pressed Glass Lidded Cup
I wondered about Germany - German glassmakers seem to have had a habit of putting lids on items of drinkware that don't ordinarily have lids in other countries.
Plus they had their fair share of panel-cut glass.
