Purple Mushroom Vase with internal ripple pattern - new or old?

I'm not convinced that this is not a TX China import piece. The purple vase is a shade under 20 cm high with a flat cut rim. The base and lower part have stretch marks (Chrysanthemum almost on the base) that I have seen on vintage pieces before. The dappled/rippled effect is on the inside and not the outer. Only minor use scratches to base rim and I'm only 50/50 on it's age, nice piece though heck of a colour.
