This SS set has  hardwood handles , could be rosewood or maybe teak as is common for the period.

My thoughts are that they look Danish or maybe just a UK copy of the style.
Please share any thoughts that you may have on the origin, unfortunately in marked.
I removed one of the wooden bases but still no markings.
