70s Persian patterned fabric

This used to be a lampshade on a pierced white oriental lamp base, c.60-70s, which, as you can see, is a bit battered from being stored under a pile of other things in my parent's garage (the lampbase is still missing).
Other than that, I don't know anything about it because the paper label rotted away.

It would look really nice in a picture frame.
