William (Bill) Hedge, Mount St Bernard Abbey, Hedgecraft Pottery WJH mark

Coulourful glazed stoneware vase. Seems to be WJH.

I've come across this mark a few times but I don't think it's been Id-ed yet.

Currently a whole set with the mark if you search google images with 'STUDIO ART POTTERY WJH POTTERS MARK 28PC COLLECTION LOT PLATE BOWL CUP SAUCER

Strangely these items are in Vemont USA, wonder
if it's American then?

It does look a bit foreign. Your vase is the sort of thing someone might buy on holiday.

The mark on these looks very similar to Bill Hedge's mark but it is slightly different as the J looks taller.

There is bound to be a bit of variation over the years as new stamps are made.

The 3rd edition of the Marks book also lists Bill Hedge at Mount St Bernard Abbey 1968-79, so presumably he took over from Fr. Luke Harris, and the MSB mark belonging to him.
