Sunburst slab vase in the style of Wallwork / Hudson

Hi

This slab vase is approx 1.5 inches high and weighs 1.3kg. The sunburst made me think of Louis Hudson but I don't think it is nor is it likely to be Alan Wallwork as the pieces I have had are made from a different type of stoneware. no marks or labels and the glaze is a little thick for the impressed single face pattern.

My first thought is Padarn Pottery, Wales. Or Tolcarne. But there's another name I'm trying to think of; will come back when I do.
