Need an ID - MCM Clear Crystal Geometric Lamp Base Empty Need an ID - MCM Clear Crystal Geometric Lamp Base

I wasn't sure which forum to include this in, being both a lamp and made of glass. Admin., please move to proper place if needed. This lamp base is about 8" around, has a ground and polished top and a ground wire groove. Seems to be from the 50's/60's. I can't find any marks. Thanks.

This Id My Glass forum is probably best.

I have a vase with a similar (same?) pattern which was labelled "SKLO UNION Geometric Pressed Glass Bowl, LIBOCHOVICE 2178"

Thank you, Naomi! It appears to be either 2178 or as this seller claims, 2145. The blue rose bowl that is pictured is the exact same piece, flipped and drilled for a lamp fixture.

Thank you, cookiepops. Does this ring accurately? I hope the seller won't mind my quoting him.  He said "This vase was manufactured in Libochovice Czechoslovakia, pattern # 2145 appears on page 5 of a catalogue 'before 1958' - as seen in 'Marcus Newhall, SKLO UNION - Art Before Industry'"
