A bit of an odd item this as I'm only half convinced it's to hold a candle on the flat section.

Looks like it's marked with a copyright symbol and 89 TM.

FM Konstglas COmbination of Names Faire Marcolin - Sweden then later Marcolin Art Crystal and a split in the company now trading and producing in Austria
