Help please.

I have this original pencil drawing of a un-named town or village near Bamburg in Europe. The drawing is not signed or dated, but at a guess I would say late ninetieth or early twentieth century. I would like to know more about it.

Probably drawn by someone on the Grand Tour (the equivalent of going to university, or going on a gap year, today). Classical ruins were especially popular.
