Large Art Glass Design Poss. Blenko? Empty Large Art Glass Design Poss. Blenko?

I've acquired this beautiful vase with an applied cobalt blue spiral design to exterior.  I think it maybe Blenko? (American maker) on looking on internet but am unsure?.  Just wondered if anyone could confirm maker/date/country of origin to give me more info as I'd never seen one like this?

23.5cm across top of vase
7.5cm  across base of vase
17.5cm height of vase
