Please help me to id this vase, signature on the base. I don't think this is British, more likely European. Any ideas?

Height: 8.5cm

Can Kinoto Ceramica, a pottery craft company based in San Rafael, Eivissa (Ibiza) since 1978. handmade ceramics decorated with sgraffito.

Additional information.
Kinoto ( Miguel Ángel Ratto) born in Buenos Aires on 16 April 1942 died in Ibiza on September 8th 2009.
