It may be Dicker Pottery, early 20th Century. I recall similar spur points on a glazed base on items from their. Alternatively, an early Dunster piece.

Never seen a Dicker that colour but it is a shape/style that they used. Also can't think it is Dunster - it looks 1930s to me.

Keeping looking at the possible mark Brin and if any other letters might be there let us know. Also a side on view could be useful.

Maybe Protean Pottery? Set up in Dunster by H J Gee in 1959, some of which was stamped DUNSTER

Hmmm I  have boxes full of these little art-pots, always well made, with lovely
flown glazes. Most are unidentifiable, but c1870s-1920s. Some can be narrowed down,
with the glaze combinations and the style, to Bretby/Ault/Wardle/Torquay/Linthorpe/
Myatt/Leeds etc etc But I suspect many are continental, brought back on holiday.
One day I'll post a picture, and see if you can pick any out!

Is the "name" the large area across the top of the picture of the base?

Yes Ed they did use that blue, but even the little bits I've had have a clear BF logo.
Often when you do manage to read the writing it just says "England".

May be a long shot, but came across a piece on the Australian FB group with a similar glazed base, with a stamp saying BAKEWELLS Sydney NSW (green & Brown Drip Glazed Handled Mug-1918-1940 Era). There was also the Bakewells 'Newtone' green drip glaze pieces. I haven't seen any with this multi-handled form, though.

Brin - I think Naomi is close with NEWTONE BAKEWELLS SYDNEY POTTERY

After looking over the pictures, I am pretty certain its English and earlier than some have suggested. I would suggest around 1900-1910. Lots of companies produced similar things to this in the 1880's Linthorpe being the most famous but when they went out of business and they nearly all did. The molds, the designs got sold on to other companies who kept on making them. Not sure if this an early design but it has that style.

But I think this particular bowl you have is a Wardle one, they often softly marked and the glaze would cover that easily. They also liked this colour, kind of mint blue/green. The other contender is Ault who like Wardle softly marked or did not mark at all but the colour is more Wardle I think. Not certain you will have a 100% answer though. Lots of companies made identical things back then.
