Beautiful handpainted planter with saucer.

I would appreciate any help with COO and age of this lovely plant pot and saucer.

H x 17 cm, diameter 20cm.

Has an oriental look to the decoration, but also looks to be made of a soft white earthenware, so I suspect it's Spanish or Portuguese.

If it is Southern European then I expect it's fairly recent as they don't stand up to our English winters.
