ID help please on blue glass vase Empty ID help please on blue glass vase

Sorry to be vague in title but not sure how best to describe this. 27 cms tall, blue glass with slightly irridescant very dark overlay?. Quite heavy 1200 gms and appears to be well made to me. Assuming not very old but would be grateful for any thoughts please.

Could it be Gozo? Spotted something similar on google with a label. Similar shape and colour but glossy, not this matte surface.
