i've forgotten that i've bought this one as well...
i think it might have been for cigarettes
it's hallmarked underneath with the erhard & söhne sign
the company was founded in 1844 by gottlieb erhard and his two sons in schwäbisch gmünd, germany...
unfortunately i can't find the designer of this one...
it's not the erhard & söhne standard stuff....
could it be a design wolfgang von wersin ???
i don't know who else designed for them...  Shrugs

i'm waiting for the confirmation but it seems to be designed by wolfgang von wersin ca 1952.
