lovely frosted glass dish/lid?

Please help me to identify where this lovely dish/lid? was made.
It has two goldfish blowing bubbles and wavy sea lines.
Smooth on the inside and frosted on the outer surface.

could be Barolac or Feigl & Morawetz...

Thanks Styleinvasion for those names, I've not heard of them before and just looked on google, they did some really lovely glass. I'm going to keep my eyes open for some more : ) thanks.
