31cm tall, unmarked. Seems to be more refined than typical made in Belgium pieces, so not that?

The green glaze looks very similar to that used by Watcombe Pottery, Torquay. Not their usual red clay, but they did make some wares in porcelain. I think it's not unusual for Watcombe products to be unmarked, so it might be by them.
