Had a good look in my book and there are two other potters with similar marks but when looking at some examples, this bowl doesn't seem to tie in with them, the nearest I am getting is Mary

No, it's Swiss. The white flowers are Edelweiss and the blue are Gentian, both common on alpine pasture.
