could anybody out there help me with this russian? silver spoon
just shows a 84 (875 silver) hallmark and this six dots which look like a flower.
that's the only thing I know...
would be great to get it dated  1880-1900?
or far younger... 1920s maybe?
anobody knows the maker and or city where it was made?
or is it not a russian spoon just made for the russian market?
