Old Unusual Clear Glass Decanter Empty Old Unusual Clear Glass Decanter

Hello Everyone,
      Here's another mystery piece I picked up . It's a decanter in heavy clear glass. It's seems quite old and has an unusual blown glass bottom that is chipping at the edges with a distinct pontil.
