Minature oil painting

Can anyone identify the artist/signature on this minature oil painting on hardboard. The actual picture size is 6.3cm by 4.2cm. I appreciate your help. I have carried out a number of researches, but not able to find anything similar.

It looks like it's been done by a street artist, maybe French or Spanish, for the tourist market.

My thoughts did drift to thinking it maybe done by a street artist, but now looking at the signature again, is there something your not telling us NaomiM?
