Controlled Bubble Platter 14 inch

I've searched and scoured the web for a matching image to this with no luck

It is about 14 inches in Diameter, about 2 inches high, others have pointed toward Murano, and blenko but I have not found a positive id.

These controlled bubble pieces can be very difficult to identify a maker for. Not sure if it's a trick of the light but the bubbles look very inconsistent in size and shape. What's the wear like on the base?

They are irregular I've been comparing the bubbles to other pieces and these are most certainly different shapes sizes.

There is wear on the base and scratches on the top surface -a few

I just noticed there is a small pebble like object near the edge in the glass and it has tiny fractures on either side of it - I had to use a loupe to see the fractures.

The pontil mark is ground, but it is not a smooth pontil grind like I see on other pieces it has a chiseled appearance that doesn't show well in the images.

This evidence makes me think this may be a local or regional studio piece second perhaps.

I've seen a number of modern Chinese pieces of various shapes with bubbles like this in the charity shops recently. The bubbles are not as regular as you'd expect to see in a piece of Whitefriars. I suspect this is a Chinese import too.
