I think every glass works and studio made birds in versions of this shape, Mdina, Isle of Wight, Wedgwood...etc ..etc. Without a label it would be hard to say. Hopefully someone somewhere has a labelled one!

Teign Valley also made similar birds but I think theres are all signed.

Doesn't strike me as an Isle of Wight or Mdina bird.
