Scandinavian? Smokey blue carafe, Holmegaard? Help ID please

Hi all,
Please can you help ID the origin and/or maker of my glass carafe? Is it Scandinavian?

It's definitely not Holmegaard - or Danish - but I can't pin it down further than that.

Italian could be a possibility.

I'm thinking modern Habitat....

Nah - I've seen glass only a couple of years old with plenty of rubbing to the base and glass that's +100 years old that looks like it could have been made yesterday.

Wear is often an unreliable indicator of age.

Perhaps Gullaskruf, a carafe (weirdly described as a decanter) with the same form is shown on page 183 of Scandinavian Glass Fire & Sea by Leslie Pina - designer Kjell Blomberg, height 28cm.

The late 1950s would be right, production probably continued on into the 60s.
