Large clear cased tricorner bowl shouts Whitefriars but I don't think it it

A beast of a piece at over 2kg being approx 8.5 inches at widest and 3.75 and 3.25 high on the sides. Generous ground out pontil and clear base it really suggests Whitefriars but I'm not convinced.

 

I can see why you suggest Whitefriars, but they were not the only company to polish the pontil like this. This doesn't look like a Whitefriars colour to me. Maybe try looking at Czech glass as a pointer.

Could be Whitefriars, colour would be 'cased green' if it is, have a look through all the 60s and 70s catalogues on whitefriars.com, they made several similar but not sure about this size.

I didn't think it looked 'Green' enough to be cased green, maybe thats the lighting? I had a browse through the catalogues and the only thing I could find similar had turned up corners  

Pretty sure it is Whitefriars and pretty sure it is cased green.

I give up, I can't find it in the catalogues, I must be looking in the wrong place, enlighten me please - whats the pattern number? and in which year does it appear?

Now now boys, anyway thanks for looking. Had it a few years and always assumed it was Whitefriars and know I have seen a few go through the sales as such however I come down on the side now that it probably isn't.
