Small Green to Clear Glass Bowl. Heavy! Empty Small Green to Clear Glass Bowl. Heavy!

This small 3-lobed bowl fits in the palm of my hand and weighs half a kilo. The base is completely flat (no pontil) and there are no markings. The centre of the bowl is a transparent pink/brown colour. Italian? Czech? None of the above?

Is the base polished? If it is I'd say Murano. If it's unpolished I'd say Chinese.

Adding a picture of the base. Although it has some scratches it is a polished base. Therefore, Murano?

Well there is still the possibility it's Czech (or Japanese, but the ones I've seen are brightly coloured), but Murano would be my choice.
