Leerdam Laboratory glass
I have tried to date this flat bottom distillation flask but couldn't find identical mark anywhere else. Could that be that Leerdam used different marks on the laboratory glass than on the other pieces?
There was a catlogue issued in 1953 that contained Thermax Leerdam laboratory glass. However I would expect the word Thermax to be etched somewhere.
My guess would be either early 1950's or possibly before that 1920's but as I've said cannot find identical mark anywhere else
The flask is nicely done, uneven and with loads of air inclusions.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Simon
