never seen it with these holes...

It is kaiser 6786 for sure, late model with holes for ventilation bulb holder.

Holes on the lampshade are made for warm air from bulb can easly flow out. Therefore, to avoid overheating the bulb holder. Kaiser assembled in the 50's bakelite bulb holder and as you can possibly seen were often burned.
