Floral decorative bird cage Empty Floral decorative bird cage

Any ideas on the originator of this pretty looking decorative cage.   Tried google search but nothing at the moment. It stands about
19 1/2" tall.   I'm not sure if it's for outside or indoor use.  The cherries and leaves seem to be made out of some sort of plastic type resin.   Hoping someone will recognise this.

It's a hanging plant pot holder. Probably from a garden centre or Poundland.
