GN mark and flower stamp, Geoffrey Northcote , Dorset
When visiting my great-grandfather's grave (he died in Oxfordshire in 1934) I found an unusual pot. It is a natural colour, with a spout, and the handle is hollow. It is marked on the base GN with an imprint of a flower. I attach two photos. It is just over 6 inches high and quite heavy.

Can anyone assist in identifying this please?

I'm probably wrong, but I've always thought these were a Danish design (for chocolate, fondau, coffee, etc) - the handle would have a wooden stick to extend it's length and make it easier to hold & pour.
Not that this is necessarily Danish. Possibly English studio pottery - looks like a rose stamp - but I don't recognise the potter's monogram.
