1970'S LIGHT FITTING(adjustable chord length? Empty 1970'S LIGHT FITTING(adjustable chord length?

Brought this light fitting today. I think it is Guzzini, Had a look at others but not found one with this type of ceramic part that sits on top of a shade. Does anyone know who made this and what shade is meant for it. Thanks!
