Yellow 10 inch Bulb Hyacinth Vase Swirled inclusions

So here is another vase I have not been able to identify. It is about ten inches high, and the shape reminds me of a hyacynth or bulb vase. The surface is extremely smooth and has a subtle lustre to it. There is a symmetry to the darker orange threads which can be seen if you turn the vase to a certain point. The Pontil is very rough and in one spot it is sharp as if it was just broken off, the bottom has a bit of wear, but it is difficult to see suggesting to me this may be a newer vase.
I have questions about this vase
Is there a name for this shape? or a category?
the lip is not sharp it has been rounded - is there a term for this type of lip?
Did one country produce this type of shape more so than others?
and of course who is the maker?
Always grateful for any help.

I don't know what it is but it's definitely not a hyacinth or bulb vase
