CP mark (not Colin Pearson) - Peebles Pottery Empty CP mark (not Colin Pearson) - Peebles Pottery

At first glance in a box at the weekend thought it was Colin Pearson's mark. Closer inspection revealed it wasn't but I was intrigued enough to buy it despite a firing fault. Any ideas on the embellished cp or possibly db mark please.

Owen Thorpe. Has worked at various potteries in Powys since 1971.

The mark is similar but not the clear OT monogram of Thorpe’s and he usually includes the pottery’s stamp too
