'Swedish' Glass Decanter Etched Fish

I got this delightful little crystal decanter at an estate sale this weekend. It has been cut / etched with fish and bubbles the design reminds me of shapes and styles from the 30′s and 40′s. I have seen one other of these and it was described as ‘Swedish Glass’, I am confident this is crystal – due to its full spectrum refraction of sunlight, and its weight – this little decanter at about 8 inches weighs almost 2 pounds. I've seen two examples of this in searches but no more information than "Swedish Glass". My research points toward it possibly being early Johansfors, but I see similar design elements in some Kjellander shapes - but these are not informed id's just vague guesses. Does anyone know the maker?
