it is marked underneath with: OGM ZÁK CHRÁN DRGM
any informations about the czech factory and designer would be great...

Very strange because DRGM it is a German abbreviation patent office. I do not know what he's doing here. The base is the same as the lamp E.K. Cole - see here http://www.designclassic.pl/2012/09/e-k-cole-lamp/
