Czech? Italian? Or something else.

Apologies for the poor photo - couldn't get the light right.

This is around 8" tall. The rim is cut but bevelled, and the base is flat, polished with no pontil.

Seems to be triple cased. Anyone seen similar?

Yep, it's a Charles Orr Oban vase by the looks of it. Lovely thing.
