there is a circle mark at the base i know is not a pontill mark am not sure to be frank

A lot of these types of cloud glass vases are being sold in the supermarkets. I think they're being imported from Poland or China.

The sort to look out for are the Davidson pressed glass pieces:

Aye, brand new machine-made glass available in supermarkets and made in the far east or eastern Europe.
