at first sight i thought it might be harris/malta but then it could be tkmax chinese Shrugs
any thoughts?

I'm fairly sure there's no Harris connection, it looks too well finished compared to the stuff you get in tkmaxx.

Very nice. Probably not Chinese, but unlikely to be Harris/Malta either.
