Found this interesting tiny little vase, maybe perfume bottle... but can't tell.

There is a mark on the bottom.

It's pressed glass without a pattern, so I'd say it's just regular old stuff.

It's not pressed. It's mould blown. You cannot press something that is wider at the bottom than the top because you cannot get the plunger out. The number is probably that of the machine that made it. You can see where there is a changeable plate in the base of the mould. It's for QC purposes
